Roamio -> Mini - Audio out of sync

I recently got a Roamio Pro and have 4 mini's in the house. While watching TV tonight I noticed that every channel I went to that the audio was out of sync with the video. Recorded video was fine but Live TV was hard to watch.

The mini's are all connected via Cat6 all to the same switch.

Any ideas?
