Sold TiVo shows up on my IOS app????

With shows, todo list etc. Tonight I noticed that "Living Room" was among my other devices listed on the app. So I clicked on figuring it needed to be deleted. Got the connecting message and I figured it would time out, but no, it connected and had listings for recorded shows and a todo list. It even showed a suggestion being recorded.

Is this the TiVo I sold a few weeks ago? I thought the app only sees devices on one's home network.

Also, I notified TiVo I sold the unit and the buyer said he called TiVo to register it in his name.
