MLB Extra Innings channel has CCI=3 at TWC Dallas. Have to watch within 30 minutes.

This has been a nightmare. Wanted to get MLB.TV app for my mom so she could watch the St. Louis Cardinal games. She has a Tivo Premier which the app has problems with and even ignoring those buffering problems the app is just too hard for her to manage.

So I got the MLB Exta Innings package for her so that she could work it like her regular Tivo stuff. But now see that Time Warner Cable has the CCI byte set to 3 so it has to be watched within 90 minutes of the start of the game (my title on thread list says 30 minutes, I meant 90 minutes but can't seem to correct the title of list of threads displayed).
So how are others watching MLB Extra Innings with their cable provider and what provider are you using (seems like it's not an issue for most folks). I would like to call Time Warner Cable in the Dallas area and get them to change the CCI byte if every other provider is doing it differently.

I see a lot of stuff about the CCI byte but only found one that was specific to MLB which he said TWC in Dallas refuses to change the CCI byte to the proper setting (what is the proper setting).

Looking for input on what to do next.

Also curious as to exactly how the CCI byte is displayed in the Diagnostics screen. I had one tuner on the MLB Extra Innings channel and the screen always displayed 3 no matter which tuner I had active to the TV. But then if I changed the Tuner that was on the MLB Extra Innings channel to a regular channel (so neither tuner was on a MLB Extra Innings channel) then the CCI byte would display as 0.

It would seem to me the CCI byte should display the value of the channel you were last viewing. How is it determined which tuner's CCI byte is displayed.
