new online transfer not working

so I love the idea of this and tried to transfer a show from my Roamio to my Quad elite using tivo online. I hit "transfer" and then nothing happened. does not show up in to do list, or my shows on the quad elite,.

tried it twice for one show, then tried a different show, no luck

anyone have success? do I need two roamios?
