Wireless N Adaptor Power Supply?

Hello,

I bought a used Tivo Wireless N Adaptor from eBay but it came without a power supply. Could someone who has one please tell me what the specifications are for the power supply? If you are able to post a picture of the written specs on the power supply that would be great. Finally, does anyone know where I can get one or a generic one that would work for cheap? Thanks in advance.
