With pending merger, will Tivo exit the hardware business?

I was going to wait for a Bolt Pro and go "All In" but now it seems that Tivo may not even exist a year from now. Most analysts that cover Tivo feel that they will exit the hardware business.

Do I sell my Roamio on ebay while it still has some value and switch to a Fios DVR? Thanks for your input
