Bolt Channel Lineup Weirdness

I have some channels in my channel list that report as, for example, "FOODD_FOOD_HD" all in capital letters, instead of just "Food-HD," with the Food Network logo. Channels that report like this have no guide data.

I just upgraded from a TiVoHD to a TiVo Bolt. This was not an issue on the HD. As far as I can tell, I'm using the same lineup from guided setup.

I reported a lineup problem to TiVo but I wonder if it's a setting instead.
