Bolt, Mini, wireless, and Moca

I just moved into a new home. I have a bolt and three minis which I'm trying to set up.

Home has coax throughout, and my tv/internet provider is via coax (cable modem). Basic tv.

Home is partially wired for Ethernet.

Here are the location specifics:

Media center (bolt): cable, but no Ethernet
Kitchen (mini 1): cable and Ethernet
Master bedroom (mini 2): cable only
Guest bedroom (mini 3): cable and Ethernet

Initially, I installed an ActionTec Moca 2.0 bonded adapter at the cable modem to provide Internet via Moca throughout the house. While it worked, video on all mini locations was extremely choppy, though performance at the bolt location was fine.

So I removed the Moca converter and connected the bolt via wifi. That seems to work fine, and I'm able to connect mini 1 and mini 3 via Ethernet and get good performance. But since mini 2 doesn't have Ethernet available, no luck there.

I tried configuring the bolt as a Moca feed, but since it's connected via wifi itself, it doesn't seem to support that function.

Any ideas? My preference would be to enable Moca throughout (since that would give me Internet at the media center for other purposes), but the mini performance via Moca was horrid. Perhaps my Moca adapter doesn't play well with the minis?
