I am currently a Direct TV customer with 2 standard non HD/DVR receivers. I would like to buy a TIVO receiver that will let me download programs to my IOS device and/or pc. I don't want to buy a DVR through Direct TV because it won't permit me to download and watch shows offline on my IOS.
Will TIVO be compatible with Direct TV ?? I read that I need a CARD through Direct TV but I also read that Direct Tv has discontinued selling those CARDS. What are my options ? Thank you for any replies. Karl
