Failure to delete

My Roamio will, occasionally, fail to delete a program that we just watched. The end of the program provides a Delete or Save this program with the Save selected. We 'up' to Delete and OK. We are then presented the screen that is presented when you first select a program to view. We have to then go through the Delete process again - which is successful. This happens 25% of the programming that we delete. Any ideas?
