I have a premiere 4 and I just activated my HBOGO service. I can't seem to figure out how to turn the captions on for anything I stream. I have captions turned on in the settings and they play as usual for anything I am watching. But as soon as I try viewing something in HBOGO (show, movie, etc...), nothing. And there is no option in HBOGO to turn them on/off (no setting for that in the app itself).
Anyone know how to fix this or is it just not possible? The tivo support site just says that I must have my captions turned on in the setting menu of my premiere which I do because HBOGO uses the captions from the tivo as long as they are turned on. They are but no dice. -_-
