hidden(?) transfers to mac

hi everybody!

i've been using kmttg for the last few months with my tivo bolt, and it's been transferring shows to my macbook with minimal issues (wirelessly). but in the last week, it's rejected every transfer i've queued, with the following error:

searching through some previous posts, i understand this is a "server is busy" error, which usually shows up if you try to download more than 1 file at a time. i've tried queueing just 1 show, rebooting my mac, rebooting the tivo, unplugging/replugging the tivo, reinstalling kmttg, using pytivo and ctivo. NOTHING WORKS!

i've even tried plugging http: // xxxxx /download/Captain+America%3A+The+First+Avenger.TiVo?Container=%2FNowPl aying&id=18918
into a web browser to just get the .Tivo file. before rebooting, i got a "server busy" page. after rebooting, after a few mb it says there's a network error.

anybody have any ideas???
