Trying to figure out what the hell is going on with Skip Mode as I haven't got anything since Thursday night. I called TiVO on Friday, made it to a level 2 tech and resolved nothing other than taking down what channels, shows and times were effected. None of our shows on multiple networks that should have Skip even as of tonight got it.
Went rough the whole reboot process with tech support, network is fine, connected to TiVO service etc... The wife is NOT happy which does not make me happy, haha. Hope the community can give me some insight on this error.
