TiVo Online - Error when logging in

Hi,

I am new to TivO and just got a Bolt and a mini a few weeks ago. I am trying to log into TiVo online and after entering my username and password I get the following error all the time:

ERROR

An error occurred while processing your request. Please contact your helpdesk or user ID office for assistance.

I have tried using the following browsers with no success:

Chrome for MAC
Chrome for Windows
FF Mac and Windows
IE

Cookies are turned on for all browsers as well.

I had limited success with IE but I absolutely hate using that browser. I have read other people having success with Chrome so I am not sure why I am getting this error.

Any help would be appreciated.
