Various problems with tivos

Suddenly today I have lost almost all my cable channels on my TiVo Roamio. I have network channels and a few others but have lost everything else. They are giving me the error v58 message and I've tried everything I've found online to rectify the problem, nothing works.
All my channels work fine on another TiVo in the house that is a bit older.

Any advice on what else to try? I've reset the TiVo, have also unplugged it. Have never had a cable card problem before and the Internet is working fine.
Channels were working fine yesterday.
