Have a Bolt - Need to add a Mini - need to add mocha - HELP

So, I've read through different threads and it seems I am just confusing myself the more I read.

I recently got a Bolt - hooked up with Charter Spectrum cable. It seems to have worked very well (knock on wood - no glitches). I want to add a Mini but am completely unsure as to how to do it to create the moca connection.

I've looked at diagrams and it seems, I just need to add a POE filter? Or do I need more than one filter? Also - I have the coax cable where I want the Mini but I'm pretty certain that it is dead...not really dead - just not connected outside. They seem to have all the wires and coax but only leave the 2 connected that are in actual use.... For example, I tried to move my modem to a new coax and it didn't work so I just moved it back.

I've taken some photos and maybe you can help a complete Dummie when it comes to attempting to do this. I don't yet have the Mini or even the second TV but I might be getting that soon. I don't even have any POE filters and when I went by Charter a couple months back and asked for them - they said they had no idea what I was talking about.
