You aren't alone. A lot of Premiere users are experiencing this since the software update.
Please post in the thread on the Premiere board as that's the one I've been referring @tivosupport and TiVoMargret to.
Open a support ticket with TiVo. You can do it online if you don't want to wait on hold. You'll need to login to your account first, as you'll need your TiVo service number.
In the meantime, keep trying to force connections. Most of us have been successful at least some of the time.
