My Roamio Pro which I bought when they first came out and is all stock has developed a weird problem I've never had before. When watching live TV the screen will go black anywhere from a few seconds to a minute. I don't get any signal loss messages and I can go into the menu and everything there works fine.
When it does this, if I press the "info" button and scroll down to where I can see all of the other tuners, everything is blank. They don't show a channel number, a program description, channel banner nothing. Also the recording buffer gets zeroed out when this happens.
I have rebooted the Tivo twice when this has happened and it seems to correct the problem, but this is getting really annoying. I don't know if this might be related to the change over of the guide data or not, but I haven't gotten any messages saying my guide data was going to be converted so I guess I am still using the old guide.
