I have a Tivo Series 3 HD that will not load it's information. It completes connection via wireless internet but the program info doesn't load. I'm at a loss as to what to do next.
I have rebooted by unplugging the device. Should I go through guided set up again? I tried to used the phone jack but it couldn't complete the call.
Any ideas?
