My slide pro has a weird problem. It is using rf to connect to a premiere.
When a button is pressed the first time, no light , no action. When released there is a brief flicker of the activity light. On second press the activity light flashes and TiVo responds.
Here is the strange part: if I use the remote in a dark room and the backlight comes on then every button works perfectly. When the backlight goes out...remote goes back to working on every other press.
I've tried; new batteries, re-pairing with the dongle and a full remote reset with no luck.
Any ideas?
