Any interest in a no-hard-drive Series 2 (TCD540080)?

I bought a group of computer parts from a guy in a neighboring town and the seller threw in a no-hard-drive Series 2 (TCD540080). When I plug it in, it does indeed show the 'Welcome...Powering Up' screen and there are no bulging capacitors on the power supply. I just verified with TiVo that there's no service on the machine. I don't want to see it go to waste if someone can make it into a working machine or use it for parts.
