Help! Any way to get current network shows without buying them?

I'm currently dealing with the cable card/Tivo issue, so I dont have any service. We have quite a few shows that we'd like to stay current on - checked amazon and even with being a prime member, still 2.99 per episode for HD shows (such as NCIS, Madam Secretary, etc).

Is there no longer any way to get this stuff for free?
