multiple RF remotes --> multiple tivo's

In the past I've setup multiple remotes with multiple TiVos with no problem, blocking IR ports makes that fairly straight forward. I'll have a new situation soon...



I currently have 1 roamio (with RF remote) and 1 XL4 (with IR remote I believe), I'll be adding another roamio (with RF remote) and am wondering what the procedure will be for making sure the 2 RF remotes don't control both of the Roamios at the same time. They'll be on separate floors, but still pretty close together, one in the basement right below the one in the living room.



Also, if I were to add a TiVo mini with an RF remote to this TiVo-web would I be able to set that up to work to "play well with others" as well?



Any help would be appreciated. If someone has done something similar and has a step-by-step of their procedure that'd be super appreciated!
