No moca

I have frontier fios. I have 1 roamio plus, 1 premier, and one mini. The only way the system will work is with ethernet. The roamio is close enough to the actiontec router to run ethernet cable from router. The tivo mini and premier are both running on mocha NM100 moca adapters for ethernet connections. The mini and roamio won't connect via moca. why? tivo tech does not know and was no help. P.S. My android app won't stream of the roamio even when i am home on wifi. Help...
