Amazon Prime Audio on Roamio finicky

Every single time we launch the Amazon Prime/Streaming app, the audio won't play. the show video plays but is silent. If we go back and forth between the Amazon menu or even Tivo Central it randomly comes back. Also if we pause the video and wait a minute or two, the audio will play correctly.

Any one else seeing this? This is a Roamio Pro, with HDMi feeding a receiver and then the TV. No other audio issues with any programming.
