Just thought I'd add my 2 cents here since this is the coffee house. I keep reading about cord cutters. But are you really a cord cutter. You still need the cable company for internet, which is the bulk of the cost for cable. Then add Netflix, HBO and maybe Hulu and your right back up to the cable bill.
Every time I look into cutting the cord and do the math I see no savings since I still need cable internet. They charge more for internet if you don't have tv. I use Blast-plus which is about as close to cord cutting I can get. I get about 50 channels with HBO for $20 more than just internet. HBO, Netflix and hulu cost more than that.
