OnePass metadata forum?

Given the quantity of issues around OnePass data, it'd be nice to have a forum dedicated to reporting, verifying & tracking OnePass metadata issues -- especially since TiVo doesn't provide any dedicated mechanism on this front, and because the root cause may not always be within TiVo's control.

A quick listing of *some* of the OnePass metadata issues I've stumbled across since OnePass' rollout...

• Wallander (SWE) - Season 3 from Netflix is missing (listed under different show title, and erroneously listed under that show as Season 1)
• Wallander (SWE) - Episode information incorrect for episode numbers ???
• How It's Made - Incomplete/missing episode information for seasons 22 through present
• Homeland - "Watch now" button for Season 1-3 episodes takes user to PPV episode page
• Masters of Sex - "Watch now" button for Season 1 episodes takes user to PPV episode page
• Walking Dead - Episode S4 E16 from Netflix not available for streaming
• Walking Dead - Season 5.2 duplicate titles in Spanish
• The Slap (AU) - Missing "S1 E1" episode listing; sits alone as separate show
• The Slap (US) - "Connie" episode listed under AU series; no series/episode info
• Silicon Valley - Silicon Valley season 1 episodes from XOD are missing from OnePass
• Wolf Hall - XOD episode airdates are incorrect, shifted by one week.

We really need a dedicated place to track these issues, since they're shared across TiVo series and would benefit greatly from being separated from the general "Help" forum.

edit: p.s. A subforum dedicated to OnePass metadata issues might also spur TiVo to both create their own mechanism for reporting these issues, similar to their "Report a Lineup Issue" web page, and maybe pressure them to be a bit more aggressive in resolving the issues.
