Joe is an idiot to try and do this all behind the company's back. Something's going to go wrong and it will blow up on him. The future FIL was very receptive to Joe's idea from the last episode, but also kind of dismissive, because he expected Joe to aim higher. So why not go back to him with this even better idea?
