Hanging and rebooting

My 3 week old Roamio is hanging and rebooting repeatedly. If I go into the listing for a particular OnePass, it will take 30 seconds to bring up the episodes with the activity spinner coming and going a few times. Playing a show is quick but then it pauses and reboots when I go back to the list. This is consistent and for every OnePass.

Please don't tell me I'm going to lose everything on here. Thanks for any help.
