How do I convert tivo files to play on tivo plex?

I converted tivo files to mpg2 and. Ts and added them to my plex library and was able to play them with plex on my pc but when I tried to play it on tivo plex I get a error and it won't play.

How should I convert tivo files to play on plex with video redo? What format and settings should I use?
