Has the Web Video Hotlist/Podcaster Been Deleted

I have a Roamio, 20.4.7a-USA-6.846, and the Podcaster seems to have been deleted. Up until about 3 weeks ago I was able to go to the Web Video Hotlist and select NPR, find a program and play it. Lately, I can't even locate the Web Video Hotlist, even though TiVo's Watch video podcasts page says that it can be found under "Find TV, Movies, & Videos" > "Web Video Hotlist". The Web Video Hotlist seems to have been killed off along with the Games thread.
