Is there a Tivo device that fits my needs?

I have a Tivo XL4 in my living room. I have a cable company box in my bedroom. I'm paying $6.99/month for the cable company box. I'm charged $2/month for the cable card in the XL4.

Is there a Tivo device I can use to replace the cable company box, preferably without an additional cable card rental or channel listing subscription? A device that can be used remotely from the living room to pull in the XL4's channels. A separate recording capability isn't necessary.
