Modifications to Interests

Hi All,

Just got the TiVo Roamio a few weeks ago and I set up a few "Interests" and it keeps recording foreign language programs and shows that I don't need/want that I've marked with 3 thumbs down.

Is there any way to permanently block recordings of shows that I will never watch?
