Need help with closed captions on Hulu on Roamio

I can't figure out how to turn on closed caption on Hulu app on my Roamio. I had them on but somehow turned them off, but I can't find a way to turn them back on. There used to be a CC button on the play/pause bar under the playing video, but it's not there anymore. I've searched on both Hulu's website and Tivo's support page to no avail.
