I hope someone can help me. When I try to watch neflix through a one-pass, it says something like, sorry there is a problem, and the screen is a heavy gray. However, in the background you can see the show playing, but there is no way I know of just to clear that error. Amazon Prime works just fine going through this way btw.
However, if you go through the netflix app, everything works just fine.
Any ideas/suggestions?
