Just had a funny thing happen on our Roamio basic and the only way I can explain it is via a OnePass glitch.
1. We are set to record CSI.
2. We had no shows saved.
3. OnePass is set to save a maximum of five shows.
4. Channel is set to ALL.
5. Two tuners were currently in use (ie., two tuners were free).
6. The hard drive shows about 60% full.
We noticed that there was a CSI episode currently showing but it was not recording. In an attempt to figure out why it was not recording, we examined the OnePass settings, which all looked OK per above. During that process, we changed the number of shows to keep from five to ten (remember, there were NONE saved). The next thing we noticed, it was now recording CSI and had started about the same time we were in the OnePass settings screen and nowhere near the time the episode actually started.
I can't explain this any other way. OnePass glitch? If it was as simple as having already recorded that episode recently, it would not have suddenly started recording mid-episode.
