TiVo Desktop Plus - Folder Keeps Disappearing :/

I am having an issue with TiVo Desktop Plus. The folder in my "my shows" list on my Premiere 4 keeps disappearing. I have to rest the TiVo, pause the server on the desktop, then once the TiVo restarts, I have to resume the server, link the TiVo to my pc again, and the folder reappears. But just for a short time. In less than an hour, it happens all over again.

I have the latest software, my connection is fine, and everything else seems to be fine. I don't get why this is happening. Anyone have any ideas?
