TiVo Premiere Remote for Plex

Has anyone created a list of the Premiere peanut remote functions for the Plex App? Are there more navigation buttons other than the arrow keys, select, and the skip back button? Is there another way to exit the app except to hit "Live TV"? At least the skip back button is more convenient than arrowing up to home and starting over.
I have the keyboard shortcuts list for navigating the Plex Home Theater on a PC, now I need the same type list for my TiVo Premiere peanut remote.
