Unable to remove folder from "My Shows"

Somehow we got a folder in MY SHOWS that we did not ask for and are unable to delete. There are no shows recorded and none scheduled. The only shows available are to be purchased from VUDU. When we press the CLEAR button an X appears on the folder but nothing happens.

Any ideas or suggestions?
