Using in Canada with Bell or Rogers?

I'm moving to Canada. I've been with Tivo since S1.

I haven't seen posts about using Tivo in Canada in years, so I thought I would post here.

I've got a Premiere (with a lifetime subscription).

Will I be able to use it with Bell or Rogers? (those are my only 2 TV choices where I am moving.)
