Over the weekend I lost all the channels on my tivo. A visit from the the twc tech todAy identified a faulty tuning adapter. This restored a lot of channels, but very few above 110 (bbc America). They told me there was a software issue with tivo, but I'm not sure this is true (twc are not the best when it comes to support I find).
However Google tells me there are twc issues in Portland ME,
Does anyone know which of these is true?
