mini v1 or v2... all opinions welcome

going to buy 2 minis to run off my Roamio OTA.. I have Rokus in every room and would probably use them for steaming content... So do you think I should buy the V1 or V2 mini... IR or RF remote is no biggie to me.. The minis v1 are $99 on amazon and v2 is 129... Let me hear your advice..
