New Modem and Tivo Networking Issues

All,

I apologize in advance if I have given too much information. :)

I had to change my AT+T DSL modem today because of a lightning storm.

This DSL modem goes into a Netgear Wireless Router. The wireless router did not change and all worked fine previously.

My Tivo Roamio is hardwired into this router using an Ethernet cable.

My Tivo Roamio is having connection issues now. I keep getting an NO2 or NO7 error message.

I've tried letting the Tivo get an IP address. I tried assigning one (I think).

On the main Guide screen, I get a C133 error message.

I've tried searching, but all I seem to find is to "reboot the router" as an answer. Done that, to no avail.

All other hardwired devices connected to network (Xbox, for example) are working fine.

The Tivo is being a bit stubborn! :D
