I've used the Direct Dump Show Utility for years to convert .tivo files to .mpg however when I try to transfer (to play) them back on my Roamio they show they transfer in about one second and don't play.
All of my 'old' rips play fine so I'm not sure what's going on.
.mpg, .VOB files on files converted prior to my Roamio all play fine.
I have an AT&T Series 2 box along w/TiVoHD boxes but only those files I"ve converted since migrating to the Roamio won't play.
Even straight up .mpg files from my video camera also won't play.
I changed the suffix to .vob and while it plays on my PC it won't play on TiVo.
So I'm just darn confused.
