Been with TiVo since 2004 or so. Have five or six boxes that I've gone through, and never an issue.
I currently have a Premier and a Roamio (basic 4 tuner model) on my home network, as well as an old HD. All three using Cable Cards with Comcast.
Decided to buy a TiVo stream from Amazon. Tried setting it up, and it would never get past the "streaming setup" in the app on the software update section.
* Tried both Android and iOS
* Rebooted the Stream and the TiVos multiple times
* Forced the TiVos to call in multiple times
* Deleted and re-added the apps
* Returned one to Amazon and tried a second one, same issue.
* Hooked directly to Airport Time Capsule and tried even moving it to the same switch Roamio is on
* Has network connectivity, can get to device's web page

I see where it's trying to call and flipping back and forth to Failed and "Calling".
I've called TiVo a few times, and tonight they just shrugged and said I'd have to wait a few days.
Anyone else having this issue? I told them I'd give them a few days before I send this second one back to Amazon.
By the way, TiVo said the version for software should be on 20. Here's what it is on this Stream:
Software Version: 19.0.1.RC1-01-6
Build Date: Aug 31 2012-13:07:35

Anything else I can try on my end, or do I continue to have to have TiVo look at their logs on where this thing is trying to connect? I'm also thinking of putting Wireshark on a 10M hub and watching this thing try to connect and see what host it's going to, etc.
