Channel Mapping Season Passes?

Relocating Romio Pro and 2 Premieres from Cox Cable (NoVA) to TWC in Charlotte. Probably have 200+ season passes set up on Cox channels that we would like to map to corresponding TWC channels. Any suggestions as to how this might be done? Anyone know of a "map" that might align

Cox NBC HD channel 1004=TWC NBC HD channel xxxx
Cox ABC HD channel 1007=TWC ABC HD channel xxxx

Etc., etc., etc.
