Roamio Built in apps slow connection speeds

Hi new here,
I've only had TiVo for about 3 weeks. Have a brand new Roamio everything works fine on it except the connection speeds while streaming content Netflix, YouTube etc... On the built in apps.
Stops to buffer and sometimes loses connection, I have twc 100mbps internet
Have tested network and speeds and no problems. I get 100-115 on Ethernet and 60-80 on wifi, when I run the connection speed check on the Netflix app it shows..

While connected via wifi/ 4-6mbps
While connected via powerline Ethernet/ 8-10mbps
While connected via direct Ethernet/ 11mbps

I have never had or have any problem running Netflix in any other way or device in the house just the Roamio.
I talked to TiVo and they agreed it was a problem and sent me a new box.
Got the new box set up yesterday and it has the same problems

Anybody know of this problem or any ideas. Thanks in advance.

Oh and I already tried, deactivating Netflix, rebooting TiVo, unplugging and restarting TiVo, got it updated to 20.6.1, restarting router etc... All the general stuff.
