Roamio OTA, Bridge, and Moca

I’m planning a Moca network using the info from the TIVO website (see attached drawing) for a Roamio OTA, two Mini’s, and a Bridge. I’m missing a couple of fundamental things (I’ve read several posts but they only add to the confusion):

How is my DSL router that uses Cat 5 and wireless only connected to the Roamio?

Do my Mini’s pick up live antenna feed when the Roamio is off when I use this wiring configuration.
