Season Passes not listed in Season Pass Manager

I have a Series 2DT TiVo and the Season Passes I have created are no longer listed in my Season Pass Manager. When I go to the SP Manager, it says I have not created any Season Passes yet. The Season Passes I have created DO record when they should it's just that that the SP Mànager does not list them. I have tried rebooting but it doesn't help. Thanks for your help.
