TIVO Series 2 tcd649080 Motherboard

Hi,

I have a lifetime subscription on my TIVO Series 2. Unfortunately the green light will not come on. I have replaced the Power supply from another TIVO with same tcd649080. All I still get is a red light on the right side. I expect that the Motherboard must be faulty. If I change the Motherboard, will I still be able to use my Lifetime Subscription ?

My Hard drive is OK, I tested it in the replacement TIVO. The Power Supply came from the replacement TIVO

Any advice would be appreciated.
